I gladly accept custom orders. Just contact me to discuss and confirm all details.

All custom orders require 100% full prepayment upon the buyer's confirmation of the order. After that we fulfill it within the agreed deadline.

I accept only PayPal but you may be able to pay by your credit card via PayPal without PayPal account. Here's Etsy guide how you can do this:

1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

Note: PayPal places restrictions on how often you can use their Guest Checkout feature. If you run into any trouble, please contact me.

The most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of the payment. For exact details, see individual items.

I do not ship orders on Sunday and on national holidays, because the post office is closed.

I send orders to your Etsy shipping address, so please make sure it's correct before placing the order.

All parcels are packed in a way to ensure the best possible safety and its perfect arrival.

If you are interested in the express delivery, please let me know. It is possible but its cost is considerably higher than standard airmail shipping cost. So there's a need in additional calculations and your approval. Please let's confirm it before you place the order.

All my artworks are handcrafted of a stained glass so there's no two alike, each one is unique. And it may look different in various lighting conditions.

Please be aware that true item colors may slightly differ from the view on your display.

To ensure the best possible security of the shipment the clock hands are packed in the parcel separately. You will need to place it on clockwork and insert battery.

Here's step by step instruction:
1. Place the hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 position at first.
2. Place the minute hand onto shaft at 12:00 position then.
3. Place the second hand at any position and tighten it securely finally.
4. Please check that all three hands are set parallel to each other (if not, straighten them accurately by hands).
5. Please set the time only using the wheel at the clockwork.
6. Insert battery (type "AA") according to the +/- symbols, one side after another.
