USPS delivery times:
First class mail : 3 to 6 business days
Priority Mail : 2 to 3 business days
Express Mail : 1 to 2 business days

Please note that once the item is shipped out, I have no control as to when it gets delivered. Please track your package with the given tracking number or contact you local post office regarding any questions about delayed delivery.

Girls and Women:

Infants: 12 inches
8 and under : 14 inches
7 to 16 : 16 inches
12 to 18 : 18 inches
16 and up : 21 or 24 inches

The lengths will vary for each individual depending on the body type.

At checkout, you can add your personalization choices under 'note to seller' box or under 'personalization' section. If you select multiple quantity, you can add personalization choices for each necklace, keychain in the same place.

All jewelry is packed in a small zip lock bag, which then is put in a gift box. For multiple orders, each piece of jewelry is packaged in individual zip lock bags. These bags are put in one jewelry box.

Gift wrapping is available for $0.99. Please message us if you would like the gift box to be wrapped.

Additional gift boxes are available for sale. Please check the Etsy listing or contact me.

I do not offer stamping in the back of the pendant at this time as the stamping on the front of the pendant can leave impressions on the back.

Once I ship out the package, I do not have any control as to when it gets delivered. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery times. Please contact your local post office for delayed delivery. You can track the package with the provided tracking number.

For packages that do not show as being delivered after 7 business days, from the date that they have been shipped out, please contact me.

If you do not receive a package that shows as being delivered on the USPS website has been most likely misdelivered to an incorrect address. Please check with your neighbors and/or contact your local post office regarding this issue.

If you need an order to be rushed, please contact me prior to ordering. Priority or Express shipping is highly recommend for rush orders. Please keep in mind that I cannot guarantee as to when the USPS will deliver your package prior to contacting me.

I need a custom order, need different wording or a change in the existing design. What should I do?
