There are times things do not come out quite perfect, so although I do not accept returns, I am all about hooking up repairs if need be. In my experience thus far, the types of situations that can come up include the buyer not taking note of the sizing as listed or missing something else in the item's description. The worst case scenario is when the fabric itself is not up to par and needs replacing after only one use. Usually most situations just call for you to take care of the of any of the additional shipping costs, but this is decided on a case by case basis.

Shipping policies
I send pretty much everything domestic or international through the United States Postal Service. Unless otherwise noted, the item is sent 'priority mail'. Within the US this is about 2-3 days, and outside the US this is usually 6-10 days. Tracking is included with all orders within the US. If you would like any other options, i.e. insurance or express mail, please email me first.
Additional policies
If you would like to put an item on hold, no problem! Just email me and we can work out a payment plan that fits in with your needs. If you see an item you adore, but the sizing is off just a bit or even a whole lot, contact me before sending payment, and we can discuss how to proceed.
