> This leather has not been 'surface-corrected' like many commercial leathers, so it is very authentic and may display insect bites, scars or other marks from the animal's life.
> This bag is unlined, displaying the beautifully soft suede side of the leather hide. To keep the design simple with no visible stitching, there are no internal pockets. However, you can upgrade to add a natural oatmeal linen lining to your bag which includes 2 slip pockets on one side.
> The bag closes with a golden brass YKK zipper, giving you added security
> Comes with a long leather crossbody strap with a standard length of 48". You can request a longer or shorter strap at checkout. Use the wristlet attachment to convert your bag to a clutch.

C A R E I N S T R U C T I O N S
> Please note that leather is a natural material and no two hides are alike. I prefer to use aniline leathers which have minimal surface treatment and as such 'imperfections' like scars, insect bites and scratches from the animal's life are occasionally visible. These make your bag unique and serve to remind us of the very real and natural origin of the material.
> The leather will be moderately water resistant (in a rain shower for example) but do not immerse in water, just gently wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth.
> A commercial leather conditioner or simple beeswax can also be used to prolong the look and life of your leather bag.

All bags are wrapped in a protective plastic bag and cotton dust bag. I do not normally include an invoice but by law, the value of the item will be displayed on the Customs Address Label on the front of the package.

If the bag is a gift, select the 'gift' option and consider including a gift message for the recipient when you checkout and I will gladly print it and include it with the package.

FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD SHIPPING!

All bags are shipped overseas by Standard Airmail with Tracking. Estimated delivery time to North America is 2-3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided. You can upgrade to Express International Shipping at checkout with average delivery time of 1 week to North America.

Within Australia, all bags are shipped by Australia Post Parcel Post with standard delivery between 5-10 days. You can upgrade to Express shipping at checkout with estimated delivery of 1-3 days.

Please note that shipping delays due to Covid are still evident across the world and that any shipping delays due to flight, logistic, Customs or staff disruptions are beyond my control.

I ship all around the world and each country has its own individual taxes and laws regarding imports. Please note that any additional charges incurred through your country's Customs is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

To my UK and German customers - please note that my experience is that you are likely to incur some customs and import charges before your item is delivered. Please be aware of your responsibilities and the potential additional costs before placing an order.

I individually handmake each bag to order myself. During busy periods it may take up to 3 weeks before your bag is ready to ship, although I will always endeavour to make and ship your bag as soon as possible.

Should you require your bag by a specific date, let me know and I will do my best to prioritise your order. Remember you can also select Express shipping at checkout which will significantly speed up your shipping times.

If your bag is faulty or defective then I will always offer to either repair, replace or refund you.

Should you wish to return an item due to a change of heart, I will accept returns on the following basis:

1. The item is in its unused, original condition free from stains, smells and signs of wear.

2. You advise me of your wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt.

3. You are responsible for the safe return of the item. A tracked or insured service is recommended.

4. Once received back, you will be refunded the original cost of the bag, not including the original or return shipping costs. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns are not accepted on customised or personalised orders.

Absolutely gorgeous bag, the perfect size for a casual outing. I can fit my wallet, phone, keys and a lipstick in here and it doesn't look over stuffed. The leather is soft and the hardware is the perfect amount of flash, but not too much. I love this bag.

I love my new bag. I asked for customizations (I can be very picky) and the seller was very responsive. It turned out just like I had hoped. The leather is very soft and has a great natural look with small imperfections that add charm to it. It looks great !! ❤️

This is a gorgeous purse and a perfect replacement for the battered Coach bag I've had since the early 90s. The leather is heavy and luxurious, and the inside pocket option sits very well inside. It's a simple muslin but well-constructed. The zippers and brass fittings are high quality and attractive. I requested a longer strap and it arrived to specifications. The seller communicated very well about a supply chain-related delay, and managed my expectations. I love the color and quality. I'll probably order another one in another color, too.

It is beautifully made, soft to the touch, the leather has good body so it doesn’t look bumpy from Purse contents… The zipper is good quality. My iPhone 11 fits in one of the two inside pockets. Fit: Ring of 4 keys, incl. a 4” electronic car key; wallet (square); Pocket 1) iPhone Pocket 2) make-up (2 mascara, 1 lipstick). Pleased with my purchase! It meets my expectations, matches the description.
