*Please allow for a slight variation in each piece ~ although they are machine cut with a plasma torch ~ they are still very much handmade & each are taken to the grinding wheel, sandblasted and powder coated one at a time ~

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Exchanges and returns will only be honored during the timeline listed above. No refunds or exchanges will be finalized until merchandise is returned in the condition it was received. We may require photos to streamline the process. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees EXCEPT in an instance of our error (example: received wrong item). All return shipping must contain a valid USPS tracking number. We do not refund shipping charges unless we make an error.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and will always do our very best to properly represent each piece with photos, measurements, and descriptions. Please contact us with questions prior to your purchase. If there is a misunderstanding, we will work to resolve the issue in a manner that both parties can be satisfied with. These cases will be handled within our policies and on an individual basis.

* Made-To-Order items ship within 1-3 weeks ~ Please see the individual Made-To-Order listing for its processing time.
