Great customer service but item quality is so-so. When I received the mug the first time, it arrived in many pieces. I contacted the seller and he shipped a replacement in about week. I appreciated his quick reply to my message. However, the item itself is just ok. The print is indeed on both sides of the mug, which is a nice feature, but the graphic isn’t high quality. It’s blurry and inconsistent on both sides. Not sure I’d order again, but I did appreciate the seller’s professionalism with the replacement.
