I ordered the plugs again because they are my favorite plugs. The new order has a defect in the material at one point. There the plug is not black but brown. But you can't see it from a distance

The wood plugs "oak" are a little lighter /beige than I would have thought, there is also a small mark on the back of each plug But it remains very discreet. They are still very pretty, soft and well polished. The send is fast and neat, overall I'm satisfied.
