Measurements

Only basic body measurements are needed to determine your pattern type and size. Remember to wear proper undergarments and shoes when measuring. Also, make sure the tape measure is held snugly and firmly (not tightly) against your body and is always parallel to the floor for circumference measurements.
Measurements

BUST- Measure around the fullest part of bust and straight across back
UNDER BUST- Measure around the body under the bust
CHEST- around body above fullest part of bust
WAIST- around body at natural waistline should be 3-4 inches below under bust.
HIP- around body at fullest part around the bottom—usually 7-9" (18-23cm) below waist
BACK WAIST LENGTH - from the most prominent bone at base of neck to the natural waistline
UNDERBUST TO WAIST- from the under bust to waist should be between 3-5 inches.
DRESS LENGTH - from the top of the shoulder (where a seam would sit on a t-shirt) to where you would like the dress to finish at the hem.
LENGTH FROM SHOULDER - this is the length from the shoulder to where you want the sleeve to end, if wearing a tight t-shirt with sleeves you can measure from the top of the sleeve seam.
BICEP - this is around the widest part of your upper arm
SLEEVE END - when measuring the sleeve length it can help to put small marks, then using these marks measure around the arm at this point. this way the sleeves will fit really nicely with being baggy or too tight.

Please make sure you send these measurements, using measurements that start from different places (i.e. Dress Length from Armpit will lead to a dress being to short)

I am very sorry but due to high demand, I no longer offer payment plans, all payments must be made in full when placing the order. (I would prefer to use the time I would usually devote to sorting everything out relating to them to sew :) )

Returns & exchanges

I ask customers to double check their measurements before purchasing garments, if the fault is my own I am happy to refund or send a replacement, if a customer is living locally I am happy to provide a fitting so get the best possible results!
If a customer sends the wrong measurements that is their responsibility and I will not replace the dress or give a refund.

Shipping policies

Due to the great expense of Shipping from New Zealand all of my dresses ship in plastic shipping bags to save on shipping expense.
If a customer would like to pay the extra shipping cost am happy to pack the dresses in a box with tissue paper (This may cost an extra $20-50).
(All of my parcels ship from Christchurch, New Zealand and will take between 5 and 14 days, All wedding dress will shipped courier which take around 7 days and all cotton dresses will shipped airmail which takes around 10 days
All fees relating to customs, duty and importing are the responsibility of the customer, I do not take into account delays caused by customs.

Additional policies

All Quotes are valid for 6 weeks and I do not do wholesale orders.
Customers are responsible for their own import and duty tax.
I reserve the right to refuse service.
All garments are solely made by me, I do not use outside labour.
