Jewelry: I ship smaller items via USPS priority flat rate and will provide a tracking number. I package jewelry in a decorative box and then wrap and cushion the box within a larger USPS flat rate priority box to protect them during mailing. I ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your paid order. Most of my items are ready to ship, if it is a custom order, please message me for a quote detailing time required and cost for the item. For delivery within the United States I ship via USPS Flat rate Priority and will provide a tracking number.
Art: I will ship prints via USPS Priority Flat rate. My prints are matted and ready to frame. They come in a clear cellophane bag and I will wrap that in tissue paper and sandwich as needed in a flat box so as to prevent bending or damage during transit. For altered prints and canvass wrapped original paintings I will custom pack my artwork to protect the piece from damage in a secure box. Original art will be insured. I provide a tracking number for all art--original, altered print, or matted prints.

Additional policies
Every piece of jewelry and each painting that I make is original and therefore, cannot be reproduced exactly. If an item is lost in the mail and I send you a replacement, or if you want a similar item for a friend, please be aware that there will be some differences between the pieces. Because I work with natural stones there are variations in the beads that I have no control over. Additionally, each painting is an organic process and as such, is subject to variation. I am not a machine. ;)
And truthfully, I prefer it that way. I would rather create interesting and unique items. The same is true of my altered prints. Inspiration takes me in new directions, so I can't swear that I can reproduce the same altered print twice. I can, at best, offer you a similar feel or concept. But not an actual reproduction.
