Reply by Design Studio’s invitations will set the tone for your entire wedding day. Invite your guests with style while receiving prompt and hassle-free service. Each design also has lots of matching items to choose from – from the seating chart to menus to thank you cards – so your event is sure to have a very cohesive feel.

Every invitation/RSVP design is available as a DIY/print yourself digital file or with full printing services (read below for more details).

The size of the invitation is 5” x 7” and the RSVP card or postcard is 5.5” x 4.25”. If you need a different size, just specify when ordering. (Pricing may vary for sizing changes on printed items.)

Processing time begins from the moment your order details and wording are received (or the next business day if received after 4 p.m. EST or on weekends). Standard processing is 4 business days and Rush is 2 business days. Edits will be made within 12 business hours of being received.

Please note that the above proofing time does NOT include printing and shipping time. After you approve your final proof, your order will be printed, shipped, and delivered to you within 7-10 business days. FAQs

Colors may vary from screen-to-screen and screen-to-print. While I try my best to match your color requests, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

If you are ordering printed items through my shop, I suggest ordering a sample kit with a color chart prior to placing your full order.

If ordering a digital file that you will print on your own/with a print shop, I suggest printing a proof before printing your entire order. If necessary, I can make color adjustments before you print the full order. Reply by Design Studio will not be responsible for printing costs associated with discoloration.
Reply by Design Studio does not currently offer printing for seating charts. Low pricing for the printable files leaves room for you to have the file printed at the location of your choice. There are many print shops in your neighborhood that offer quality, quick and inexpensive printing, such as:

• FedEx/Kinkos
• Staples
• Office Max
• Office Depot
• Costco

Most of these stores offer online ordering. Simply save the PDF that you receive from me, upload it to one of their sites, select your paper and finish options, and submit your order. Your chart will usually be available to pick up in-store either later that day or the next. Shipping options are also available.
