14k gold filled is a great alternative to solid gold for quality and durability. Thanks to the thick layer of real solid 14k gold on the outside of a brass core it is fade resistant and suitable for people with sensitive skin.

The 14k gold on the outer side of gold filled is the same gold as you would get from a solid 14k piece, so 14k gold filled can stay beautiful for many years. However, some chemicals can cause the gold to darken more quickly. So please avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, shampoo, sunscreen, and body lotions. Always keep your jewelry dry. Use gentle soap and a soft toothbrush to clean it. Rinse it in lukewarm water a few times to get all the soap is off. Be sure it's dry before storing it.

Sterling silver can tarnish. The chemicals in our sweat can cause corrosion in silver jewelry when worn. Tarnishing can take place even faster if sterling silver comes into contact with detergents or cosmetics. So please avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, shampoo, sunscreen, and body lotions. You can clean the sterling silver parts with toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. Scrub it gently. Rinse it in lukewarm water to get all the toothpaste off and dry it thoroughly before storing it.

Stainless steel is robust and rust resistant. It is easy to take care of. All you need is a piece of cloth to wipe the dust with.
