After the download of your clipart or paper pack you notice that there is something not right with the product... please send me a message by convo and I will look into it and try to fix it as soon as possible. we do our best to make sure each down loadable product is flawless, but hey mistakes in preparing do happen

You will be receiving standard JPG PNG PDF AI and EPS format files, usually in the ZIP compression format file. If there is an issue opening or using the files, it is almost always a software issue on your end, that is not related to the purchased product. If you are having problems, it is quicker and more useful to search on the web to solve the problem. Try that first please. We get a lot of convos on this!

Note: Sometimes our emails get filtered by spam blockers or end up in what I like to call the electronic Bermuda triangle. If you do not receive your download just give us a shout through convo and we will send it you ASAP.

For customer service we are on : EST (Eastern Standard Time) we are in Canada... our hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m weekdays.

TERMS OF USE (Revised April 2017)

AMBillustrations reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use for our products at any time without prior notice. Your use of our products after any such modifications is your tacit agreement to follow the Terms of Use as modified.

The Spirit of our TERMS OF USE Find Below the long, detailed versions of the following limitations.

- Do no share our graphics. (No Swapping)
- Do not resell our original files.
- Do not add our images to image collections for sale.
- Respect our creative copyright. 
- Use without credit, is stealing.
- Credit the origin of the artwork you are using.
- If you are a business, work with us.

1- NON-PROFIT/PERSONAL USAGE: You can use our graphics on any personal project as long as no MONEY is made.

2- COMMERCIAL USAGE: If you wish to use our graphics to create a commercial product to SELL, you can purchase with the options A, B, or C below:

B- COMMERCIAL NO CREDIT REQUIRED:
Simply put, if you want to buy our graphics but are unable, or simply do not wish to put our name or link anywhere, then you have to purchase an extra license that gives you the right to use our products but not tell the world that you use our products. There is an extra fee for this license of $20 USD for each individual SET upon purchase. Simply mention in your purchase convo which product your buying the license.

C - LARGE QUANTITY - MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE: 
The COMMERCIAL USE and NO CREDIT LICENSES are NOT mass production licenses! They allow a maximum of 1000 copies to be sold. If you wish to produce quantities excess of 1000, you will need to purchase our EXTENDED or MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE. WHAT ARE YOU ALLOWED AND NOT ALLOWED TO DO!:

DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS: You can use all our graphics for your personal projects. You CANNOT sell our cliparts or papers in a commercial Scrapbook kit even it is altered, as this would be in direct competition to my shop, thanks!

EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS: You can use our products personally or commercially as long as the file is sold in a pattern format, You must also add enough of your own design elements to make a new design (Just changing the color does not count), this applies to any digital file whether printable or not.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGNERS: You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use. You must add enough of your own design elements to make a new design (Just changing the color does not count) this includes any type of digital file whether printable or not. File must be personalized for your customer and sold as a flattened JPEG or PDF files. You cannot sell our graphics as blank templates that can be personalized or customized by your client. This includes but is not limited to; printables, blanks, invitations, cards, stickers, labels, etc... All digital products must be personalized by you and sent to a specific customer as PDF or Jpeg format. No customizable digital products are allowed.

PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS: You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use. You can print pretty much anything you can think of but it must not exceed 1000 items/products, for more than 1000 items/products you must contact us for a MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE. You can also create PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store.

LOGO AND WEB DESIGNERS: You can use our cliparts for personal or commercial use, to create logo and web designs to sell. For logo design use the cliparts as part of the design not as is. You may not sell graphics as a LOGO unless they are considerably altered. For Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts please make sure the files are flattened at 72 dpi and cannot be extracted.

FABRIC AND RIBBON DESIGNERS:

You allowed to print up to 10 yards/meters in total for your PERSONAL USE.

For quantities exceeding 10 yards/meters you purchase a MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE, for details and a quote, please contact us by convo.

TEACHERS, EDUCATORS: You are allowed to use our products personal, classroom, or commercially but still respecting our terms of use conditions stated above. 

We require that in all of your materials that you give credit to AMBillustrations and use the clickable link to our store provided above inside your PDF document or wherever you display or sell the file. These files in whatever form they take, must be flattened, un-editable and un-extractable. PowerPoint use of our graphics may only be used if the file is in the form of a PowerPoint Show format (*.pps). Smart-Board formats must also respect the same requirements.

If you do not wish to credit us commercially see NO CREDIT LICENSE REQUIRED above.

IMPORTANT: if you do not purchase the NO CREDIT LICENSE and use our products commercially then you should be linking back to our store see Commercial use above.

NOT ALLOWED:
*Third party sale or wholesale.
*You cannot sell our graphics as is and claim as your own. All copyrights remain with AMBillustrations.
* MASS PRODUCTION
* You cannot sell our designs as is or altered as a clipart, or digital paper pack or scrapbook kit.
* You cannot share our graphics for free even if it is personal use.
* You cannot use our graphics to create products and sell on a competitor’s website. For example you must not create scrapbooking kits, templates, clipart packs or paper packs from our products or combined with other producers work, and sell on a digital download boutique/store in competition with AMBillustrations.
