Returns & exchanges
I will accept returns for up to 14 days following the date of sale. Buyer must pay for return shipping. I ask that I be notified of the item being returned so that I know to look for it and the reason it is being returned. The item must be packaged for return similiarly to how it was received by the buyer to protect against damage. Refunds will only be given after the item is received by me, not upon you shipping it.
Shipping policies
I will ship by USPS, first class mail the day following full payment via paypal for an in-stock item. If the item is a special order or needs customization, I will let you know the length of time it will be before I can ship. It depends on availability of the materials at the time of order. If I have the materials, it might just be an extra day or two. If I have to obtain the materials, it might mean a delay of 2-3 weeks but if you are patient and organized enough to think ahead for gifts; this shouldn't be a problem. Shipping costs include careful packaging of the item, including a gift box & padded envelope. I will only ship to the continental U.S. at this time. Shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 for the first item, and $.50 for each additional item paid for and mailed at the same time via USPS. . Insurance is recommended but not required. It can be added at the time of sale, at your cost. Amount varies on purchased item(s) price. Please inquire if you want this added to your sale.
Additional policies
If an item is received and turns out to be the wrong size, please contact me. I try to carefully list accurate sizes of the jewelry but realize occasionally an item (usually a gift) needs resizing. I am happy to resize items I have made previously, according to custom directions, for a nominal fee that includes any additional materials and labor. Please inquire if you feel a resizing is necessary.
