DIMENSIONS:
All driftwood shelves are custom sizes and may vary depending upon available selection of wood. Above shelf is flat on two sides, allowing for a flush mount to the wall, and a flat surface on top for decor. Shelf sizes are given below in the variances but are listed as approximate.

Handcrafted in America using driftwood straight out of the Mississippi River! All driftwood sizes come with a milled T-slot and wood strip for mounting to the wall with screws.

Note: Due to limited stock in driftwood, some may not be to 12% moisture content as required for milling, and longer lead times may apply. Please inquire about available sizes via email.

Returns & exchanges

Legacy Handcrafted Furniture will NOT accept returns or exchanges on orders for any reason.

Changes to dimension, style or appearance will not be accepted after 5 business days of placing your order. If changes are requested after this time period there may be an additional charge applied depending on the circumstance(s).

If for any reason you decide to cancel a custom size project after you place your order of 50% down, you have 3 business days to cancel to receive a full refund for total amount paid. Should you choose to cancel after the 3 business day time allowance, we will charge 25% of the total amount and refund you the remaining 25%. Note that your project will not begin until after the 3 day grace period of placing your order. The 25% fee is to cover expenses related to planning, drafting and order of materials.

Shipping policies

Freight Carrier: J.B. Hunt Transport
Large furniture requiring special packaging are shipped using J.B. Hunt Transport. Please allow 1-2 days for the electronic information to be processed. and to receive your tracking number. These items require a signature to ensure the safety and quality of your shipment. If you are unhappy please contact us immediately. We require a contact number for shipping purposes. Deliveries are curbside type and require the buyer to be present. Options such as White Glove delivery are also available, which include unloading of furniture into your home.
Delivery is 3-7 business days - No weekend or Holiday delivery. Your order will be secured in a custom shipping crate and shipped via Freight Carrier. If your delivery address is classified as Residential, the Carrier will contact you by telephone to schedule a delivery appointment. Without a delivery appointment, the carrier will not deliver to a residential address. Freight Delivery service is “Curbside Delivery”, meaning that service provides delivery to the curb or at the end of your driveway. You should make arrangements (including extra manpower) to move your products to their final location. The driver is not responsible for transporting products beyond Curbside Delivery. Transit times on Freight shipments generally range from 3-7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change.
If your delivery address is outside of the United States, you will be responsible for any and all clearance costs, duties, and taxes due on your order. You have the option to specify a Customs Broker. If you choose not to specify a Customs Broker, we will transfer the shipment data to our Preferred Broker. The Broker will contact you to obtain the necessary paperwork and payments. Your order will not clear customs, and your product will not be delivered, until you complete all required documentation. This applies to both Parcel and LTL Freight shipments. You will be responsible for shipping charges if:

-Your delivery address is outside the contiguous United States (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico)
-Your delivery address is classified by the carrier as remote (e.g. Island with limited access, Upper Peninsula of Michigan)
-You request Expedited Shipping
-International Shipping

UPS, FEDEX & USPS:
Smaller items are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. .Most items do not require a signature, however we insure our products with a signature to ensure the package arrives safely to its owner. We require a contact number for shipping purposes.

Ground: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days - No weekend or Holiday delivery
2 Day: Delivery within 2 business days - No weekend or Holiday delivery
Overnight: Delivery within 1 business day - No weekend or Holiday delivery

Damage:
If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery and we will replace your order if insurance is paid for the shipment. Note that insurance is purchasable by the customer and must be specified to quality for replacement.

Legacy builds furniture in all sizes, wood species and finishes to meet your expectations. Our commitment to quality is our drive for project success. Our furniture is not mass produced, but made to order. It is with this approach that we can ensure quality craftsmanship and on time delivery. Our furniture is built from solid wood construction, so you can be assured that cheaper materials are not used.

Assembly: Some furniture is subject to minimal assembly and does not ship fully assembled. Each fastener/piece of equipment will be included with the order. A screw driver and maximum of 10 minutes are required. We ship with color coordinated screws on the furniture/leg bases to help indicate the position of the legs. In addition there are pre-drilled screw holes to help place the screws in.
