Decals should NOT be applied to freshly painted walls, please wait a minimum of 2 weeks, longer would be better.
Vinyl decals will adhere to most smooth/flat surfaces.
Vinyl is not the best for;
~Canvas
~Raw Lumber
~Cloth or Fabric
~Cement Block, paneling, or brick
~Textured surfaces
~Paints that are low VOC. These paints contain an ingredient that repels dirt, dust, & fingerprints and can also repel the adhesive used on vinyl decals.
~Wood must be finished first with either stain and a clear coat of poly or paint. Please allow for ample drying time (2-4 weeks )before applying the decal.

Visuals are best. Sometimes it helps to get a visual by tracing out the size in the area you plan to put the decal and using a measuring tape (or something similar) to get an idea of what it will look like. The decal needs to be a bit SMALLER, in both height and width, than the surface you intend to apply it to.

Once your package is shipped it's out of our hands and control. We will not issue you a refund if you have not updated your address on YOUR ETSY profile. This is your responsibility and we cannot do it for you. If your purchase is marked delivered, we cannot issue a refund or replace your item. Make sure your address is correct with Etsy when placing your order.
We do not refund for your mistake, please double check your custom orders. No refunds are given if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
If you received your product damaged, the incorrect size, misspelled words or wrong color please notify us immediately with phots.

Vinyl is removable but not reusable. They are unable to be repositioned, when applying decals make sure you are putting them exactly where you want them to go.
Please keep decals out of reach of children as it can cause a choking hazard.

My decals are made to order just for you so I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. I do not have stock, decals are cut when you place your order. Decals have a "shelf life" and can become very difficult/impossible to peel apart as they age, so I cannot hold stock indefinitely as they become unable to use over time and must be discarded.

I cannot accept cancellation requests once production of an order has started. If I haven't started making the item yet, I am glad to cancel/refund, should you request. Orders can be started immediately after you order or the next day, it just depends on my workload.
