Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

It there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the items and I will gladly be willing to work with you to correct the problem. Photos are required to provide proof of damage to the USPS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If the item has been shipped; it must be returned to me in it's original condition before a refund can be issued. A refund will be issued in the original form it was paid. Shipping will not be refunded. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded

We will gladly issue replacements or refunds once we are provided with photo proof of damaged or errored items.

Shipping policies

All items are shipped VIA USPS with delivery confirmation. Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you would like it shipped to another address please make the necessary changes before paying.

ALL items can be upgraded to priority mail if needed at an additional cost. There is an option at checkout to upgrade your shipping. US First class mail can take anywhere from 3-10 days for delivery.

Once the item is marked as shipped I cannot change the destination. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be invoiced to shipping charges to resend the item. The item will not be sent until the payment is received

Items will shipped withing 3-5 Business days with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders can take anywhere from 3-14 days depending on the size of the order.

Please know that once and item is shipped, I no longer have control of it. If you need an item FAST, please leave a message at checkout or convo me before purchase. I will happily work with you to get it our priority or express mail for an additional cost.

Combined shipping is available for ALL items. The more you buy, the more you SAVE!

non-custom orders may be returned within 14 days of original purchase date. A refund of the purchase price , less shipping, will be issued when the item is received and is in the original condition it was shipped in.
