If an item shipped within the US gets lost in the mail, I will replace the item. I won't do this, however, if the Delivery Confirmation tracking shows the item to be successfully delivered.

Unfortunately, international shipping comes with very limited tracking availability and I cannot assume responsibility for lost international packages. As of January 2012, I will be shipping my Wicked Witch bookmarks and various ornaments in small, sturdy boxes. Other items may be shipped in padded envelopes or other appropriate packaging. However unlikely damage may be, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me ASAP within 3 days of delivery and be prepared to provide a photo of the damage. I will ask you to return the item or provide photos of damage and I will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
