With the adjustable Pen Holder, you can draw & sketch with up to a 3/8" (inch) pen. There are no height restrictions with the pens you use.

Simply add the Pen Holder to your machine, adjust the height of your pen with the provided craft stick, tighten the screw (made of durable plastic) and you are set to draw & sketch!

The MARKER Holder that allows you to use a marker/pen up to 1/2" in diameter can be found in my shop.

Doesnt work- pen they provided does not go down far enough

Karyn, the pen down enough to expose more than 1/2 inch! You'll need to unscrew the screw all the way in the Pen Holder and then put the pen in and then tighten the screw. The pen was a free pen/gift just to tide you over if you didn't have a pen that would fit anyway.

I purchased this and it came in a timely manner and is made very well and should last forever! However I have not had the chance to use it yet. Cannot wait until I can!!!! I do wish they would have included some instructions with it since I have the Cricut explore air 2 and they don’t tell you how to adjust settings to use this tool. Only problem I’ve come across. Otherwise so far so good :)
