**Edit** Seller contacted me and was able to make it right by sending me a 16x20 print. Grateful for the professionalism and fast response. —————————— I am so incredibly disappointed. I was eagerly awaiting the picture only to find out it is not what I ordered. I was expecting a 16x20 but received a much smaller picture with a big cardboard frame. To top it all off the picture itself is glued to this really thick foam cardboard that won’t even close when in a picture frame. I wish I would have read the other negative comments before buying. Clearly asking for a refund won’t work so will just have to toss it and keep looking for a real 16x20.

The 8x10 matted photo is actually a 5x7 picture.. the rest of the “photo” is a white foam board that is too thick for it to even fit in a frame. Tried to get a refund and send the item back, but Stan only wanted me to buy something else from him AND suggested that I cut the picture I received from him with a straight edge and a utility knife to fit in a frame... Overall 10/10 would not recommend.

This is the only negative rating I’ve ever received. I must respond. My listings clearly state that all prints are mounted and double-matted. Unfortunately, the customer either neglected to read the information or didn’t understand what a matted print consists of. She incorrectly expected an 8x10 print only, with no matting, which I do not offer. When she received the custom-made matted print she was unhappy and asked how I could resolve her mistake. Since these are custom-made prints, I could not issue a refund. To be as accommodating as possible, I suggested she keep the print she received and apply what would have been the return shipping cost to a FREE unmatted 8x10 that I would gladly send her. Now she would have both prints. I don’t know what else I could have done.
