How will I receive my order by the Post Office, standard shipping method? How will I receive my order by Fedex Courier in the U.S.A?

- The standard delivery option is by registered, 1st class shipping. Your order will be delivered to your address by your Local Post Office. You will be provided with a tracking number and recipient's signature will be required as proof of delivery. - For U.S.A orders I cooperate with Fedex Courier and I use International Economy Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid). Your order will be delivered to your address, please leave me a message with your phone number to secure the delivery. Orders will be sent to your ETSY transaction address. If you need it to be sent to another address, please drop me a note at check out or you can convo me.

When will I receive my order?

Yes, it is good to know in case you want to buy something for a gift because all orders are shipped in as few jewelry boxes as possible. If you need individually wrapped jewelry, please let me know at checkout. All jewelry items will come to you nicely packaged inside a branded gift box. Each piece is accompanied by a logo tag. The gift box is not charged! You can also ask me to include a gift message for your loved ones.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and/or nickel free?

Yes, my jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free! Brass: Brass rings can sometimes leave a faint green mark on the finger, this can be due to skin PH (and is not an allergic reaction). This happens only to some people. To avoid this we paint the inside of the ring with clear nail varnish in order to stop the metal directly touching your skin and not to face any problem! Solid Sterling Silver 925: Although there are some people who are allergic to silver, most allergy sensitive people are not allergic to sterling silver because it is an almost pure metal made from 92.5% silver and 7.5% of other metals like zinc or copper and it does not contain nickel, the most common source of allergies.

Should I clean them frequently so as not to tarnish?

No! Whenever the design and the manufacturing conditions of a jewel allow it, I plate all the parts with 24k yellow gold, 18K rose gold so as to not tarnish and to be more resistant to shocks and distortions. This way the need for constant maintenance and polishing is eliminated. However, it is always good that you regularly take care of your jewels.

Custom jewelry is a great way to give a unique gift that matters! Yes, we accept custom and personalized orders in Sterling Silver 925 (Plain, 24K Gold-Plated, 18K Rose Gold-Plated) and Gold 14K & 18K (Yellow Gold, White Gold, Pink Gold).
