Description

A smiling, courageous, loyal German Shepherd dog is represented in this bead pattern. I hope you love it! Please continue to read the product description and FAQ section for more information about his cute doggie pattern. Thank you!

This listing for a 1 page pattern for the German Shepherd beadwork shown in the photo. I made it using 11/0 Delica seed beads in 6 different colors and FireLine thread. The finished piece measures approximately 2 cm. wide x 3 cm. in height.

The pattern is made on a peyote stitch graph but you can also make this using the brick stitch technique. No instructions or supplies are included. Recommended for those already familiar with bead weaving.

You will receive a file similar to the Turtle pattern shown in photo. It includes the following information:
* Photo of completed project
* List of suggested supplies
* Bead legend (color and bead count)
* Bead chart (graph of bead placement)

Tip: The trickiest part of the pattern will be the ears so you may want to start stitching with an ear first. Please click on the "Shop Policies" tab and read the "Additional Policies and FAQs" section for important information about the bead patterns in my shop.

Feel free to sell your finished work. Credit to Bead Crumbs is appreciated. You are not allowed to copy, distribute or sell the pattern.

No. The majority of my listings are "Pattern Only"; therefore, instructions are not included. Experience with bead weaving is recommended. For patterns with instructions, please view the listings in the "tutorial" section.
Yes. You will need to know basic bead weaving stitches such as ladder stitch, peyote stitch and brick stitch. You will also need to know how to add thread (if your existing thread is too short), how to end your beadwork and how to add attachments or connector beads if making jewelry.
Yes. Please note that some of the patterns will be challenging for new beaders. I will try my best to help you along by providing you with tips and video links. Here is a link on YouTube, bit.ly/learnbrickstitch. Search YouTube and online for more tutorials. I suggest that you try a free pattern first before making a purchase. Free patterns are found on my Facebook page, www.facebook.com/beadcrumbs. Please don't get discouraged. Practice makes beading even more fun!
Definitely not! Use either Peyote or Brick Stitch to weave your design. Many of my patterns are created on a Peyote Stitch chart because it's my personal preference. However, when actually beading my piece, I turn my pattern sideways and stitch using the brick stitch technique.
You can start anywhere you want to. Some people have told me that they like to start from the center moving outwards while others like to start at the edge. I usually start at the widest/tallest point or on the row/column that I plan to attach a connector bead (so I can get that out of the way first).
It is a personal preference (as of Sept. 2015, new patterns will not show the finishing loop info). Another option, instead of loops or connector beads, is a wire connector. One thing I don't like to do is add a jump ring directly through a bead. The twisting and turning of the jump ring weakens & may crack the bead...and that would definitely ruin your hard work!
Please contact me. I am always open to pattern suggestions but may not be able to accept custom pattern requests due to my schedule. I do not make patterns of copyright / trademarked images and characters.
No. My patterns are copyrighted. You are not allowed reproduce the patterns; prepare “derivative” works based on my patterns; distribute copies of the patterns; teach/hold classes based on my patterns.

Each pattern is my original work and my intellectual property. Any type of distribution (print, electronically, etc.) is an infringement of my copyrights. You are prohibited from creating beadwork based on a photo you viewed online because the original design is still my exclusive work.

If you purchased my pattern, you can sell your completed beadwork. Credit to www.BeadCrumbsHawaii.com is appreciated when selling &/or posting your photos online.

Thank you for your understanding!
I go over each pattern before I list it for sale; however, if you notice an error, I will be very grateful if you notify me ASAP. I will gladly refund you for the pattern price, issue you the corrected pattern at no cost and compensate you with a freebie for catching my mistake.
