My neighbor Totoro Macaron Earrings

All items are handmade! No item will ever be an exact replica of another and because of this, even designs that we make more than one of are still unique.

Please be aware that leaving any polymer clay item in direct sunlight or wearing while swimming/bathing is not advised, nor is giving the items to extremely small children as they are not toys.

Returns & exchanges

For the most part I don’t do returns.

Read all item descriptions carefully and ask any questions you may have before you buy.

I try very hard to accurately photograph every item and represent it as truthfully as possible, noting any and all damage and or any weaknesses I know of in the item description. Keep in mind these are hand made items so there’s bound to be small flaws and such.

If however for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact me IMMEDIATELY. You may ship the item back to me at your expense. I will accept undamaged returns within 10 DAYS of delivery and refund the price of the item minus PayPal and shipping fees.

Shipping policies

I ship within 3-5 business days from payment received using USPS first class mail service. All items will ship with delivery confirmation.

Shipping Insurance is not included by default (it can be added for an additional cost, please contact me for details). However, I do my best to package items as securely as possible. If a problem is ever encountered such as damage in transit or a lost package please contact me with the problem before leaving feedback and I will do my very best to fix it for you.

Additional policies

All items come from a smoke-free environment. But I do have two cats and I try extra hard to keep items as clean as possible there may be a few hairs here and there.

Business Days – Are considered any Monday through Friday that is not a recognized holiday. Basically if your local bank and post office are both open then it’s a business day. Orders are totally accepted during holidays and weekends, but won’t be shipped until the next business day at the earliest.
