Description

This beautiful knife features a blade with a zig-zag pattern of dichroic glass fused onto a piece of marbled white and black glass. Gold and magenta dichroic dots accent the upper part of the zig-zag with dark blue and aqua green dots below. Then a clear layer of glass was fused over that to protect the dichroic later and strengthen the blade. After multiple firings in a kiln, the blade was carefully chipped by hand into the sleek dagger you see here. The dichroic layer is on one side only...the other side is black glass with a clear tip. The blade is quite sharp and COULD be used, though it is sold as a display piece only. The blade is then set into a handle of lacewood, which has a really pretty pattern that resembles lace, hence the name. The handle was sanded smooth with very fine sandpaper and then sealed with semi-gloss urethane to enhance the color of the wood and its pattern. The junction of the handle and blade has been wrapped with artificial sinew. This knife also comes with a custom fitted stand that perfectly displays the knife. Absolutely beautiful Miwok arrows. They were able to get them out to me quickly and without problems. Using them for Arrow of Light awards. They work perfectly as the centerpiece.

This is the second time i purchase points from primitivepathways and his ability to keep the grain weight differences so close from one point to another is unreal while still keeping them very similar in size.

    Also they are crazy sharp!
