I have never had any issues with anything I’ve ever bought on Etsy and I buy things regularly. This shop has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. If you order a certain size chain don’t expect to get that size and then you will be called a liar when you let him know. Also don’t believe the description of the initial sizes for the letters they are not 1 inch. I would not recommend buying for a man it looks like a women’s necklace. I feel sorry for my son who saved his money to purchase this for himself.

the chain was less than 16 inches lost the package info to return it so im stuck with it.
