Each cowhide is a one off and has been handpicked for neutral markings, in shades of cream & beige to complement a laid back, interior scheme.
Our hides are extra large - 6ft X 6ft as standard. If you need a particular size to fit your space please do get in touch as we would love to help.
Cowhides are soft & smooth by their nature. We recommend other hides in our range - reindeer and sheepskins for hides with a deep pile.
Our cowhides are exceptionally glossy and have been handpicked for the very best quality - there are no branding marks, scratches or holes in our hides.
Our cowhides are ethically sourced - the cows roam freely and eat a grass rich diet. Their healthy lifestyles is reflected in the high gloss and shine of the hides.
If you would like to see a photograph of your specific cowhide, we can arrange to send this to you prior to purchase. Each cowhide is unique and this additional service enables you to see the beautiful, unique markings of your cowhide.
Made from:
Cowhides are a natural product - they are very hard wearing and do not fade in the sunlight. They can be vacuumed or brushed with a hard, plastic brush in the direction of the hairs, which will maintain the glossy shine of the hide. Spillages can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and soap and water. The hides cannot be washed in the washing machine.
Dimensions:
Each hide is unique and around 250cm in length and 200cm wide.

Perfect communication skills, beautiful rug and a very considerate Lady. This was my first order with JordHome. I wasn't sure what to expect but the Rug as a beautiful cream beige tones as described, super soft and well made, it doesn't smell as some others may do. Was well packed and protected, the size is fab too. Gemma was gracious enough and went beyond by paying the extra regardless me offering to do it. All in all got the rug on time for my next guest arrival at our premium BB . I will certainly order very soon more and highly recommend her shop. Thank you again Gemma. A Bientot!

I couldn't be happier with this experience! I ordered a cowhide rug that went missing in the mail for a few days (through no fault of the seller). Gemma was incredibly kind- not only did she help me locate it, but she also checked in several times to see if it had arrived. Once it arrived, it was worth the wait! The rug is beautiful. True to size as posted. The coloring is gorgeous, and it is incredibly soft. I'm thrilled with this purchase!

I ordered two of the cowhide rugs and JordHome gave me friendly, helpful customer service when I had questions. Once we got details sorted, it was a quick ship. After reading the reviews I decided to order a hide from JordHome. I wanted this for my house in France so asked for delivery there. Only took 2 days door to door - excellent service. The rug sent was beautiful and soft but not quite the correct shade. I contacted Gemma to explain the situation. No problem whatsoever. Gemma arranged for the rug to be picked up when I was next in France and a replacement was sent immediately. The new rug is absolutely perfect and quality exceptional. I must say Gemma took time and patience to find me the right hide and I think the customer service is second to none. I would not hesitate to order more items from Gemma. EXCELLENT. Thank you.
