By purchasing any of my files YOU ARE AGREEING TO NOT SHARE this file/design (or any part of this design), including sharing on any facebook site, or within any other digital file you create using this file (or any part of this file/design), or resell this file (including but not limited to selling this file as a cut template or premade transfers).

YES you can use the digitized pictures or any stitched picture with the EmbroideryLand watermark on them. Watermark must be kept intact.
NO you may not under any circumstances use any design or part of a design to create a new design you intend to sell. You may mash designs together, stitch it, and sell the finished item. You are never allowed to sell, share, give away or trade our designs.

All embroidery designs come with instant download and 9 formats: PES, JEF, HUS, VIP, VP3, ART, EXP, DST, XXX. You must have a working knowledge of your embroidery machine and a means to transfer your design to your machine. I am not familiar with all embroidery machines or software, please refer to your user guide with questions about this.

ABOUT DESIGNS SIZES: Some embroidery designs come with multiple sizes and others only come with one size, it is your responsibility to read the design description and be aware of the size you are purchasing. I do NOT offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size. The size is clearly listed in the title as well as the description. Finished sizes and stitch counts are listed on a picture for most designs. IF you come across a design that doesn’t have the info picture, please feel free to contact me and I will get you the information needed.

STABILIZING: Some of my designs have a large stitch counts so you need to use the correct amount of stabilizer. Since each machine is different I can't tell you the best stabilizer to use for your particular machine. My embroidery designs stitch best in the size they are created in. I am NOT responsible for the quality of the stitchout if you resize, alter, or convert it anyway. If you don't stabilize properly you won't have a good stitchout. There are lots of great youtube videos created for each machine that discuss stabilizer.

FIX PROBLEM: If for any reason you have a problem with a design please contact me, I will always do everything in my ability to fix the problem. I’m human and although I do use testers for my designs, on occasion an error will still slip through.
