Do you offer gift wrapping or a note to the recipient?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping. We can include a gift note in the package though. Just use the gift note option that etsy offers.

It's for a gift. Can you ship without a receipt?

We do not include anything in the package unless you leave a gift note.

What are your shipping times?

Your mug is made to order. I ship within 2 business days. Once shipped, most items will arrive within 5 or so days. During the holidays, there may be delays with delivery because of the volume of mail.

We don't accept cancellations.

Because of our process, we are not able to accept cancellations. Be very sure BEFORE you place your order that you do indeed want it.

Please, please, please, pretty please, double check your address. If you do have an address change, message me with it. Although I do check messages frequently, I can't guarantee that I will see it before we ship.
