Description

This necklace began as a walk in the woods ~ just outside my door where the mists lay heavy in the Sandy River Valley. The Pacific Northwest is home to so many ferns and trees, so much beauty and form just waiting to be preserved and remembered. This necklace immortalizes and combines the tip of a bracken fern frond and a single Alder tree cone into a copper plated treasure.

I choose and seal the natural objects, then through the magic of science and electricity, they are evenly plated with pure copper.

The two pendants hang together on a 30 inch long pure copper chain, with a combined length of 2.25 inches and have a naturally aged non-patinaed finish.

Respect Nature in Peace, Thanks for looking!
