-Orders will be sent within three working days after receiving your full payment.

-Customs declarations will always be true and honest. We will put a CN22 or CN23 declaration on the package or envelope to avoid delays as much as possible.

-Taxes, other customs services and such related costs are the buyers responsibility , please contact customs services in your country to get more information about import costs / limits / rules etc.

-Orders are shipped with PostNL and / or DHL.

-When you order multiple items at once, we will combine shipping as much as possible to save on shipping costs. You can contact us before you place your order so that we can calculate the combined shipping costs. When you place your order without contacting us about the total shipping costs, we will refund the overpaid shipping costs once your order has been shipped.

-We make use of regular shipping, shipping with 'track and trace' and / or 'signed for' shipping. If you have a preference for a certain type of shipping you need to contact us prior to placing your order so that we can adjust (upgrade) shipping costs if necessary.
