If you want to order a custom size tailored perfectly to your wrist, just tell us in the order note your exact wrist circumference.

It is simple:
1. Wrap a slim stripe of paper (just cut 5-7 mm stripe out of A4 paper sheet you use to print) around your wrist. Mark it where it meets around your wrist.
2. Lay it down on a ruler. This is your EXACT WRIST CIRCUMFERENCE.

All our bracelets are beautifully packaged. If you desire you may add a gift note - we would add a handwritten note on our business card without any extra cost.

If you want to return item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship it back within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case Customs charges your return parcel with returned bracelet with any fees/duties we will show you Customs receipt and reduce the amount of fees from the amount of items refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We use in our creations premium quality beads manufactured in Japan and Czech Republic, we also started to work with gorgeous tone irregular form chineese beads and of course we use beautiful raw stones - stones are genuine and may present some visible imperfections (some scratch or incrustation) but gorgeous in their genuine beauty.

We make each bracelet that you buy from us especially for you from the beginning - so there is no difference for us to make a standard size or a custom size. And.. we feel so happy when you send us exact wrist circumference in order note - it means your bracelet would fit perfectly! PLEASE ... send us your exact wrist circumference. Do not add anything to your real number, do not take measurement from other bracelets or watches - just measure your real wrist circumference just above your wrist bone.

We use quality materials, including our stretch cord from a renowned US manufacturer, we use best quality permanent glue to seal the knot. HOWEVER, anything can happen. In the worst case scenario in case you or your pet or your toddler broke the bracelet - do not worry - we offer a FREE service of repair - you just cover in/out shipping and customs fees - contact us and just send us package with broken parts. Please contact us for more details.
If bracelet broke within first month from delivery date to determine what is the correct procedure of the situation we will need from you a photo of broken parts of the bracelet and a photo of measuring tape around your wrist where we can see clearly what is your exact wrist circumference.

If you want to resize - We offer a FREE service of RESIZING - you just cover in/out shipping and customs fees if any may occur. Contact us first. Than you just send us package with bracelet. As soon as we have your package in our studio we will send you a link for a shipping fee 7,7 EUR Europe/4 EUROS Rest countries to cover return shipping. After payment is received we will repair and ship in 2 business days. If Customs charges your return parcel we will show you Customs receipt and add the amount of customs fees to your link to pay.
