Question-
What happens if I made a purchase but entered the incorrect address for delivery?
Answer-
Please contact me as soon as possible for any corrections. If the order has already been shipped and the address is incorrect, insufficient, or non-deliverable resulting in the order being returned to the shop, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost if the customer want it reshipped.

What if I need to cancel my order before it has shipped?
Answer-
Contact the shop for cancellations. We will be happy to cancel non-personalized or non-customized orders for a full refund.

Question-
What if I need to cancel my non-personalized or non-customized order but it has already been shipped?
Answer-
A partial refund (cost of the product only) will be issued once the item has returned to the shop in its original state. To insure that it is in its original state, DO NOT open the package, write on the shipping label “RETURN TO SENDER”, and send it back to the post office or mail carrier. Once the order has been returned to the shop, the partial refund will be issued.
