In this set you will receive 5-2oz.tins (1.35-1.38oz. net wt. each / about 1/4 cup each) of our most popular States rubs wrapped with wine-colored tissue paper placed inside a tin-tied logo kraft bag (measuring approximately 5.5"x4"x3")


1) LEXINGTON, NC: Eastern NC BBQ often includes delicious low & slow smoked pulled pork with their famous vinegar-based sauce. Ingredients in our NC rub include brown sugar, celery seed, dry mustard and cayenne pepper. This rub is delicious on chicken or pork.

2) MEMPHIS, TN: Memphis BBQ is smoked often with a dry rub and served with sauce on the side. Ingredients in our TN rub include a good dose of garlic as well as rosemary and brown sugar. This rub is perfect for pulled pork.

3) EAST TEXAS: This rub is great on beef ribs, hearty meats and brisket. It's also great sprinkled over eggs or to season turkey burgers and meatballs. Ingredients in our TX rub include ground coriander, cumin and cayenne pepper.

4) KANSAS CITY, MO: Great on Beef or Pork ribs. KC ribs are usually slow cooked and served with a thick, sweet sauce. Ingredients in our KC rub include a good amount of dry mustard, garlic and chili powders.

5) SANTA MARIA, CA: Fantastic for Tri Tip roast or hearty beef. Best grilled over red oak and often mopped with a garlic-infused oil and red wine vinegar concoction. Ingredients in our CA rub include onion, rosemary and lemon pepper.

The postman should leave a key for you to unlock your postal locker when you receive a package. If they do not, contact your local post office immediately.
