This loose leaf tea contains a blend of herbs that affect the heart chakra. Take time to quietly sip this tea and listen to your heart. We are so busy and stressed we have very little time to slow down. This is the perfect tea to make time for yourself, reconnect with your body and listen to your inner wisdom. This tea is beneficial for the heart in both physical and emotional aspects.

Directions for use:
Bring water to a boil, pour over loose tea. Use 1 tsp or more per 8 oz. of water depending on how strong you like your tea. Let the tea steep for 10 minutes. Pour through a strainer and enjoy.

Hawthorne berries, Lemon balm, Oat straw, Hawthorne leaf and flowers, Damiana leaf, rose petals, motherwort.
All ingredients are organic or ethically wildharvested.
