The post office was pretty delayed in delivering the earmuffs, by no fault of the seller. The package just kind of sat in a sorting center for a few weeks. When I contacted the seller, they were extremely apologetic and helpful, and I’m happy to say my order arrived today. The earmuffs are very comfy, fit well to my head (not too loose or too tight), keeps my ears nice and toasty, and look super adorable. All around, I highly recommend this seller and shop!
