Lace…lovely, ethereal and delicate. Those same qualities are also what makes it vulnerable to snags, pulls and (gasp!) breaking of the beautiful laceweight yarns so dear to our hearts! So why are we still tossing it in our knitting bags and hoping for the best?

Enter the Gabrielle: a lace-keeper dedicated to protecting your lace work-in-progress from the perils of knitting bags and totes. The exterior is "Kashmir" in Olive from Amy Butler's Belle fabric line, the interior is a bright blue. Made specifically for longer lace projects on a circular needle, this Extended Edition includes two side eyelets for threading your needles through (to keep stitches safely on the cord and pointy tips out of the lace) and a drawstring to secure the top…nothing can threaten your lovely lace now!

At 17.5x10.5 inches (44x27 cm) the Gabrielle Extended Edition has plenty of room for a stole that is taller than you plus the working ball of yarn, but is also squishable and designed to tuck into a larger knitting bag. Believe me, your lace will thank you!

(Please note the Anice Shawl is for demonstration purposes only and is not included in purchase. Needle eyelets accommodate up to U.S. #10 (6mm) needles.)
