If arrives damaged, please send me an email to ncp.khd@gmail.com with an attached image of the piece and send it back to Frutillar (Note shipping charges). I will send a good product back, or will refund your money - you decide.

I ship from Chile via Correos de Chile, certified.
I'll be send to you a shipping notification with your tracking code, you should be able to track your order any time at www.correoschile.cl (but it is available just in SPANISH). Past 15 days you should track your order in your local post service web page.

* What address we make shipments?
Shipments will be made to your Etsy address (if there is any problem or missing information I will contact you and wait for your answer, if not answered within the time indicated will be shipped at your own risk).

* How much is the shipping and handling charges?
This cost are all stated on the listing and Etsy will automatically calculated the shipping total when you check out.

* What about custom tax/fee?
Every buyer is responsible for any extra custom tax/fee that might incur in their country.

* How fast do you ship your orders?
