All "Free Shipping" is sent First Class mail.
If you would like your package insured you will need to upgrade to *Priority Mail* at checkout.
Insured items with Priority Mail that become lost during delivery will be refunded through USPS only.

If Priority Mail isn't an option at checkout and you would like to purchase it, please let me know and I will set it up for you.

Please understand that once USPS has control of the package I am no longer responsible and I can not issue refunds for any
USPS Delays, Issues with Delivery, USPS Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages regardless if it's insured or not. These issues will have to be handled with USPS.

The buyer is responsible for new shipping charges for all returned packages so please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

All items are shipped to the address left on the items purchase.
If you are needing to change the address after the purchase you will need to contact us ASAP.
We will cancel the order so it can be repurchased with the correct address. This the best way to fix address change requests and is recommended by Etsy to be handled this way.
Please note, if the postage has already been printed you might have to pay for shipping again.

We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. This is something that will need to be reported to USPS.
Please know that even though USPS is responsible for packages in their possession, they usually will not refund for USPS damages if it is not insured.

By choosing Free Shipping (not insured) for a purchase, you are agreeing to these guidelines.

To insure your package from missing/lost or damages during shipping, please purchase the Priority Mail Listing.
*If you can not find the Priority Mail Listing in the shop just send me a message and we'll set it up for you.

Rush need to be purchased on the same day as the item.
Rush is required if you want an item before the scheduled ship date.
Orders with the Rush Option purchased will ship within 1-2 business days. (This does not include weekends.)
Rush Options need to be purchased before midnight will be considered purchases for that day (unless that day is a non-business day, then it would roll to the next business day.)
*Under no circumstance can we refund a Rush Option as it is a non tangible item that can not be returned. The Rush payment covers the cost of working outside normal business hours to get the order ready. It is not affiliated with shipping cost.
**If you place an upgrade for Rush after you have already made your purchase, please make sure the address is the same. Rush orders are shipped to the address on your original order.

Please leave the "name" or "wording" that you'd like on the bodysuit in the *notes to seller* at checkout.
Please do not use EMOJIS or UNICODES in your personalized request. These characters are unique and can appear different depending on the device and/or font used to display them. If you would like something similar to an emoji charactor added with your name, please leave a detailed message in the notes at checkout. That way we can make exactly what you are wanting.

!! If a note is not left, then the "name" or "wording" that is on the listing picture will be sent. !!
!!Custom requests that do have EMOJIS with no explanation will be interpreted as best as we can.!!
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for checkout mistakes.

▼▲NAME CAPITALIZATION & PUNCTUATION▲▼
All customized spellings will be made exactly how you enter them (meaning the wording on the final outfit will copy every single character's uppercase* and lowercase you type).

*There are some font styles that will not work with "all capital fonts". In these cases the capitalization and will have to be made to look like the example photo in the listing.
If you are wanting "all CAPS" for the name, please state this. That way we can work will you to make something that will work.

Two names will be placed on 2 lines. If you would like them on the same line, just request that in the notes at checkout along with the names. As long as there are no more than 12 characters combined, it shouldn't be a problem.

Since some devices auto-correct when you type on them, PLEASE make sure your spelling is correct. We are not responsible for auto-corrected spellings.
You can also double check your customized spelling on your invoice after checkout.
If you see an error, just contact us and we'll update the spelling for you. :)

As mentioned above, it's always best that you just explain how you want it spelled.
You can either do this along with the name in the "Personalization field" or the "Note to Seller field".
This is the best way to insure you will get what you're wanting, as there is no confusion. :)

The Rush option is NOT considered a "purchase" as it is an upgrade. Coupons are only valid towards regular items. Any coupon added to a rush purchase will be canceled and the rush will need to be placed again.

Some items are made with material that is not recommended to go in the wash and those that are require special care when washing. Each order has a washing instruction card included in the package and on the invoice.
If you didn't receive one or have questions about care, please let us know and we will send you the instructions.
*All items are made to order and have never been worn before.

We are not responsible to fix a "checkout mistake" so PLEASE make sure EVERYTHING is correct before buying.
This includes..
♦Improper spelling of a name
♦Capitalization of letters
♦No name
♦Text option
♦Color
♦Sizing
♦Sleeve length.
