Returns and exchange details
For items that are damaged or missing parts, please send us an image of the defect. If it is confirmed that there is an issue with the product, we will send you a full refund for your order.

We stand by our products. If for any reason you wish to return an item, they may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused and resell-able to be eligible for return. To return an item, please contact us and we will issue a RMA#. Once you receive the RMA#, you may return the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All purchases that have been processed will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Domestic orders are shipped via standard shipping. For upgraded shipping options, you can choose Expedited or Express options before you checkout.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International as the standard option. Tracking is provided for the package until it goes abroad.

USPS Priority Mail International is the expedited option and provides a tracking number for the entire duration of transit.

We are not responsible for any lost packages that may occur abroad. International orders may also be subject to custom fees and import taxes that we are not liable for.

We are not responsible for any package that are lost or stolen. Any unclaimed return package are subject to restocking fees.
