Description

Handcraft Rollo Pouf is a combination of unusual design, comfort and the highest quality materials. Each product is made with the highest precision and a piece of heart.
The solid legs and beautiful bottoms of our pouf are made with the timber selected first grade oak, polished and double varnished. We decided to apply wave springs with the highest quality foam combination to obtain the maximum comfort of use. The pouf is covered in a durable furniture fabric in velour that is sewn together.
All these components make our Rollo Pouf unique.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

The Customer has the right to return the items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased item without giving the reason. The Store will send the proper Return Form after receiving the email about Order Return. The Customer has to fill out the Return Form, and send it along with the items you want to return.
The item can not bear traces of use, can not be returned incomplete or damaged. The item has to be return in the original packaging, properly protected and include the original sales document.
Shipping costs of items must be paid by the Customer.
The refund will not be paid before the Store receive back the items and documentation proving the items have been shipped.
The client can not return items constructed for the individual order.
Refunds for purchased items will be paid by the bank transfer on the bank account indicated by the Customer.

PLEASE NOTICE: We will refund the purchase price minus Etsy and PayPal fees back to Your Paypal account once we receive the return of the item.

The Store will not be responsible to any economic operators and individual persons for damages resulting improper use of the purchased item. The Seller has made every effort to the information given in the website Store to present the real facts.
The actual colors of the offered items may differ slightly from images shown on the website (this may be due to the monitor and web browser settings) and this is not a reason for the return or complaints. In the case of upholstered furniture dimensional tolerance is ± 5%.
The reason for the complaint can not be inequalities of all kinds of stitches, sew, decorations or application because it is a product made by hand and mentioned above are a feature suited unique and individual character of the product. The mentioned above often are in fact the result of intended effect and artistic vision of the designer.

Every new item purchased at our store has a warranty and it is to be replaced if it has manufacturing defects.
The warranty is not valid if the items have been renovated and restored.
After detecting defects, please contact our Store by email to decide how to replace it to a non-defective item and return the item with the original document of purchase. Shipping costs will be return to the Customer after receive back the item to the Store and acceptance of the complaint.
Justifiable complaints will be implemented in the first place by the item repair or replacement to a non-defective item and if it is not possible (for example due to out of stock), we will offer other available items or refund the Customer’s money.
In case of packaging consignment damaged, packing tape or the item itself damaged, the Customer can refuse to accept the consignment. It is required to prepare Damage Protocol in the presence of the courier, Damage Protocol should provides details about the item defects and shortages, the date and time of delivery.
Without the Protocol, delivered consignment will be approved as delivered without reservations and complaints will not be accepted !!!
If the Store do not recognize the legitimacy of the complaint, the Customer will be informed about the Store position and the reasons of its decisions by email within 14 days.

The warranty covers only damages caused by hidden defects in design.
The deadline for warranty repair is 28 working days after complaint approval. The shipping costs are paid by the Seller.
The warranty does not cover damages caused mechanically, resulting improper use, in particular stains, wiping the upholstery material and deformation of upholstery material due to the shipment.


Shipping policies

WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY !!!

All items are carefully packed and shipped by DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, Pocztex, Postal Service to the address provided by the Customer.
The shipping charge depends on country where deliver, item weight and amount.

We always ship to Etsy shipping address not to PayPal address, so please check if it is correct.
The Store is not responsible for the consequences resulting from giving incorrect information by the Customer while submitting the Order Form, which results the parcel has not reached the proper address. As well as for unjustified refusal of delivery. The costs associated with re-shipping and handling of such order shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer is obliged to inspect the quality and quantity in the presence of the courier delivering the Order and to check whether the item have no mechanical damage caused during transport.

PLEASE NOTICE: Shipping can take longer due to national and regional holidays and some unexpected incidents that are not under our control.
