All sales are FINAL on CUSTOM ITEMS (such as photo crosses) - unless a mistake was made on our part, then we will fix it. There will be NO REFUND on custom items once they have been created.

- Once a purchase has been made and you then wish to cancel your order (prior to order being created), there will be a 10% CANCELLATION FEE which will be deducted from your refund.

- If your order has already been created, and you then wish to cancel your order, there will be a 25% CANCELLATION FEE which will be deducted from your refund.

- Returns are only considered on a case by case basis.
