• The item will be delivered to the address you have stated on Etsy. Please, make sure it's correct!

Custom Fees and Duties

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

For US!!!! - Some items can be shipped from the US via USPS (some items are at US storage). *Please note, my shop is in Ukraine, so you make the order from INTERNATIONAL seller and delivery time for different countries may be vary. I guarantee that the item will be shipped within the date specified in the order (a mark "Ready to ship in …days"). *Before Christmas delivery may take longer than usual because postal services and customs are overworked. If you order after December 1 I can't guarantee you will receive a package before the Holidays. Please note that the seller is not responsible for how fast postal service works.

"Parcel Status" isn't update for a long time

You have no need to worry! Sometimes Post Service workers don't update package status, that's why you can't see where is your order. Please, contact me!

Payment & How I can cancel my order? REFUNDS!

We accept payment by PayPal If you DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT you can pay with a CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, as a PayPal Guest. Please, choose the second option on the check-out page. ✽ REFUNDS: ✽ Please note, that when you are canceling your order we will send your money back, but minus 10%, due to the taxes reason. We always pay taxes from every transaction automatically, when a customer makes an order so that 10% of money cannot be refunded. ✽ We returned your money only after the parcel returned to us. Before doing a refund for an item that you are returning (exchanging) we have to make sure that our product arrived in perfect condition, so please be patient. ✽ We can resend the same item only after the shipping time will expire.
