Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
We currently accept debit/credit cards via Direct Checkout, as well as PayPal. Payment is due in full before an order can be processed. We generally are not able to accept cancellations beyond 2 hours of the order being placed, as our processing & production often begins within hours of an order being placed. If for any reason an exception is allowed to the cancellation policy, there will be a non-refundable cancellation/restocking fee of 40% of the order total to cover materials, labor, etc.

In some cases, a bulk discount or bundle deal may be offered. In these cases, coupon codes will not apply to the already discounted listing/deal (No stacking). If a coupon code is used at the time of purchase on top of an already discounted listing/bundle deal, we will contact you regarding the rest of the payment. The order cannot/will not proceed if discounts are stacked this way. (Bulk deals & custom listings reflect the cheapest prices we can fill a particular order for. When using a discount/coupon code on top of these discounted prices, we're paying YOU for our products when we lose money :( So we unfortunately can't allow double discounts unless previously authorized. In the instance of a bulk discount, orders are processed upon receipt of payment in full.

Returns and exchange details
With all of our items being custom made to order, we unfortunately aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has begun to be processed. Your order is usually started on, and sometimes completed, within 24 hours of it being placed. Because of this, we aren't always able to offer a full refund if a customer requests a cancellation of the order. For these reasons, we also aren't able to offer returns/exchanges. If for some reason an exchange/return is approved, the original item must be returned before a new item can be shipped out. The buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs associated with the return of the original item, as well as for the shipment of the new item(s) if an exchange is approved. Any returned item must be in the original condition, unworn/unused, & inside of any original packaging within the package (for example, our printed garments arrive in clear plastic garment bags inside of the polymailer). Any items returned to us should be sent with tracking to ensure delivery and protect both the buyer & the shop.
We carefully look over each item before shipping, but should there be any issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible. We definitely try to investigate any defects or production issues as quickly as possible to resolve any concerns you may have. With regards to design, we hope you love your items as soon as you receive them! If, however, we've made any mistake with your design, we ask that you bring it to our attention within 7 business days so we can get started on correcting it for you! Unfortunately any material defects or issues should be brought to our attention within 14 days of receipt of any apparel/accessory items, and within 7 days of receipt of any decals.

If you need an item sooner than the projected turnaround time allows, please message or email before ordering & we can definitely try to work with you on getting the item sooner! Please, if you need an item before the expected turnaround or by a certain date, please message BEFORE placing your order. If not, & you put "I need this item by Xxxxx" in your notes, it does NOT automatically guarantee that you'll receive it by that date. In many instances, we've already invested in and begun your order within hours of it being placed. Due to this, we unfortunately cannot grant order cancelations at a later time if we are unaware of time restraints before the order is placed.

Please bear in mind that our decal stickers are graded for outdoor use of 5-7 years. They are designed to stick to smooth, hard, dry, clean surfaces similar to a car window. Textured surfaces or cloth will not ensure good adhesion of the decal. We cannot be held responsible for misuse of the decals on inappropriate surfaces resulting in damages to the decal or surface when not used properly.

For bulk/group custom orders, once the listing has been purchased, we begin processing your order as quickly as possible. Due to the increased amount of supplies & labor associated with bulk orders, once an investment, especially a financial investment, has been made into the order (such as purchasing the apparel, accessories, vinyl, or other supplies), we unfortunately cannot cancel/refund in full after incurring these expenses. Partial refunds or amendments to the order are taken on a case by case basis, at the discretion of the shop owner.

FAQs

We recommend washing your items as you would any other t-shirt or apparel item. Tie dyed items we recommend you wash separately. If your item wrinkles in the wash, simply tumble dry low, inside out. We generally don't recommend ironing, but should you need to, please do so on a low heat setting with the garment inside out. This will help ensure your custom tees & accessories last for years & years to come!
In each listing you'll find a list of information for monogramming in the "item details" tab with instructions. You'll put these details, along with your monogram initials (first, last, middle) in the "note to seller" box at checkout. If you have any questions at all in the ordering process, please feel free to email or message us & we'll be happy to help you!
We take rush orders on a case-by-case basis. We always try to get your order completed & shipped to you as quickly as possible, but if you need an item by a certain date, please feel free to message us prior to ordering & we'll do our best to accommodate you!
We have several listings that include a "pocket area" placement of a monogram or design on the front of a tee. This just means that where you'd normally find a pocket (on the left breast area), you'll find a monogram/design!
