Do you offer custom items?

Yes, as a lighting manufacturer custom requests and orders are always welcome. Most fixture models available in our shop can be tailored to buyer specification; we can also make one-off or small batch pieces from provided drawings, inspiration images, and detailed descriptions. Please send us a message with inquiries.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Average lead times are detailed in the listing description, most smaller items within one week and larger chandeliers in 1-2 weeks. We try to keep our most popular items in stock for quick order fulfillment. Please allow additional time for larger quantities, special orders, add-ons, and custom fixtures. Contact us for accurate lead times, rush processing also available.

Do you offer custom colors and finishes?

We have a wide selection of different colors and finishes with sample packs available to purchase prior to ordering our lighting products, occasionally we're able to match special colors and shades. Contact us with any questions.

Is your lighting compatible with 230v electrical systems?

Our lighting fixtures fitted with E-26 medium base sockets are rated for up to 250v and perfectly compatible for use outside of North American regions. Items with E-12 candelabra sockets are recommended for 120v, we may be able to fit E14 or E26 sockets if needed. Contact us for any questions.

Will my light work with dimming switches and LEDs?

We highly recommend using LED bulbs for their energy efficiency, if using incandescent bulbs these are readily compatible with most standard dimming switches, LED bulbs will be designated as dimmer compatible.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes. If we ship the incorrect item from what is ordered we will happily accept a return and/or provide an exchange for the correct item. For all other orders we do accept exchanges for a different item, or same item in a different finish. Please contact and send the item(s) back within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges must be received by us in new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged condition and include hardware. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, and highly recommend adding insurance in the even of loss or damage during transit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Items with Free Shipping will have actual postage deducted from total value. Returns and refunds not available for discounted items. Custom orders are not returnable.

Can you combine shipping?

Absolutely, in some instances we are able to combine multiple items in one, or reduced quantity shipping boxes for best economy. Please contact us for shipping estimates.

Do you ship with other couriers?

Yes, we typically ship smaller, lighter weight packages by USPS (First Class, Parcel Select, Priority Mail, Express), larger and heavier items through FedEx (Ground, Express). Shipping upgrades are available, contact us for details and estimates. Some buyers request UPS, we're happy to provide this service if preferred. Postage cost adjustments may apply. For large, extra large shipments we also ship via Greyhound, these are delivered to your local station for pickup. See listing for details. Direct delivery to residential and business locations we can ship via Freight. Transit times may vary depending on scheduling and delivery areas. Additional costs, like lift-gate service, may apply.

Are your packing materials environmetally friendly?

Absolutely, to reduce our impact on the environment we prioritize re-using boxes and materials where possible, our packing paper is 100% recycled and peanuts are starch-based which dissolve in water. We encourage buyers to also re-use and recycle packing materials.
