Because all items are personalized, we cannot provide refunds unless we have made an error. Please make sure your personalized description is exactly how you want it to appear on item description section. We are not responsible for misspelling errors on items due to incorrect information provided to us. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you do notice an error.

Cancellations may be made within 12 hours of submitting order. If you choose to message us to cancel your order after 12 hours of submitting order, we will only be able to refund you the shipping costs for the order.

We will ship your package within 3-5 days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise communicated. To keep the cost of your shipping low, items under 16 oz. will ship First Class mail through USPS. Purchases 16 oz. or more will ship USPS Priority Mail. If there is a need for faster shipping please contact us BEFORE you place your order. We insure all items through USPS at no extra cost to you.

Please make sure your address is correct. If the package gets returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to the correct address.

If purchasing individual decals, they will be shipped with application instructions. If you have additional questions, please contact us before you attempt to apply it to your surface. We cannot be responsible if you are not able to apply your decal.
