ARTWORK DETAILS

Heartworks by Celadon Home is the original creator of the 3D paper heart guest book. Each piece is beautifully hand-crafted with careful attention to detail, and all the materials are archival quality for an elegant work of art that will last for years.

-Signing hearts are cut from acid-free kraft paper.

-photos are printed on Epson luster photo paper using pigment archival ink.

-A personalized kraft paper heart is printed with the initials of the bride and groom as well as the wedding date. Custom colors available upon request!

-Two white signing pens are included

-One Instruction card for guests is included

-All artwork comes ready to hang in a 19-3/4" x 19-3/4" white shadow box frame.

WHAT SIZE GUEST BOOK SHOULD I ORDER?

-You do not need one heart for each guest since most people will sign as a family or couple.

-When selecting the number of signing hearts for your guest book, we suggest a number that is roughly 70% of the number of guests attending.

-This is a general guideline so feel free to scale up or down based on your own personal preference.

WHAT TYPE OF PHOTOS SHOULD I SUBMIT?

Full or partial Body Shots taken from a distance. Photos taken too close up can result in faces not fitting within a heart.

If your photos have lots of background imagery, it may be possible to submit fewer photos than what is listed. Typically, this does not apply to candid snapshots (non engagement photos).

HOW DO I SUBMIT PHOTOS?

Upload your photos to Google Drive.

Include a link to your photos during checkout or within TWO DAYS of placing your order to avoid production delays.

IMPORTANT:
Please keep in mind I may not use every photo submitted. I select the ones that will yield the best quality results. Along with hearts featuring your faces, I may also incorporate the backgrounds of photos such as "trees/landscape details".

HOW TO DISPLAY YOUR GUEST BOOK

-Simply remove the artwork from the frame and display on your signing table along with the included instructions and two white signing pens.

-Once the signing is complete, replace the art back into the frame and display it in your home for years of enjoyment!

ORDERING PROCESS

1) Select your guest book size and add to your cart

2) In the "note to seller" at checkout include the following:

-First letter of the bride and groom's name

-Wedding date (mm.dd.yy)

-Your color preference for the 1 personalized heart

-A link to view your photos on Google Drive--you can also submit this (within TWO DAYS) after your order is placed.

3) I will confirm the details of your order with you

4) Upon completion, you will be notified your order has shipped.

Orders will ship via FedEx or USPS. Tracking, delivery confirmation and Insurance are
included.

Absolutely stunning and the shop owner worked with us to rush the item since we planned our wedding in 11 days. Michelle was so accommodating and really put in so much effort to make sure it was perfect!!! Our guests were raving about the guest book!! Definitely a must in my book!! ♥️

5 Stars!!! I love this alternative guestbook frame.. it was exactly what I was looking for. Working with Michelle was a pleasure and she was great at getting all of the details right and making it work for me. The frame came out better than what I expected and I can't wait to hang it up.

Once I put the order in, it did not take that long for it to be made and was shipped to me as soon as it was done. Michelle kept me up to date along the way so I had a good idea of where it was along each part of the process. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends!!

Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-2 weeks BEFORE an item ships.

Depending on your location within the US, shipping times can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. All orders are shipped through either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground and include tracking and insurance.

Yes, for an additional fee. Please contact me prior to placing an order to insure I can meet your deadline. If I am able to accommodate your timeframe, I will set up a "rush add on" listing for you to purchase. This will need to be purchased in addition to the item you are purchasing.

Absolutely! Packing slips never include pricing. I am more than happy to also include a gift note from you to the recipient. Please leave your note at checkout in the "note to seller" section.

All artwork is packaged in a gift box tied with ribbon. So, feel free to have us mail your order directly to the recipient!

If your item arrived damage, I am terribly sorry!
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of both the damaged item as well as the packaging it was shipped in. Be sure to keep all packing materials as they may be required to process your claim. Rest assured, I will work with you and the insurance company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you receive your item and it is incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. If your piece is made incorrectly due to my error, I am more than happy to fix it and make things right. However, if the error is due to incorrect information you provided me, I will do my best to expedite production time if you choose to purchase a replacement.

Orders are shipped to the address that is entered by the buyer upon checkout. So, please double check for accuracy prior to submitting your order! If your package is returned to me marked "not called for" (not picked up at post office) OR wrong address, I am happy to resend your package, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the package to you a second time. I regret I can not offer refunds for international buyers who refuse packages due to customs fees or any other reason.
