Flat $3.50-$3.75 First Class shipping on most orders within the United States. Upgrades to Priority and Insurance available.

The post office provides tracking information for packages mailed from SupplyEmporium, so once it's shipped, you should contact the post office for delivery information as I receive the same notifications that you do.

I cannot accept responsibility for packages lost by the Post Office although I will make every attempt to help you locate the package. SupplyEmporium is not responsible for mistakes made by the Post Office, and the customer is responsible for providing the correct address to ship to. I do not retype addresses. The labels are printed from information that you have typed in to the PayPal or Credit Card forms, or into your Etsy account.

Most times "lost" packages are left at the wrong house, etc., so your local carrier would be your best source for tracking it. I have had many "lost' shipments of my own that either the neighbor brought over or my local guy discovered.

Insurance costs are extra. Without insurance I cannot be responsible for replacements once the package has been accepted by USPS. I've not had issues, but you never know.

Returns must be approved and received back by SupplyEmporium within 14 days.
Shipping on returns is non-refundable.

I do ship Internationally, but do not accept responsibility for your package once it leaves SupplyEmporium and is scanned by the USPS. There is NO TRACKING information once it leaves the United States.

*** It is important to note that abrasives & chemicals in perfumes & lotions can cause bead finishes to deteriorate. Don’t wear beaded pieces at times when you may cause damage to these finishes. While sealed for normal wear, man made beads (which is what I carry) are NOT WATERPROOF and should not be worn when swimming or bathing.

Defective/missing items must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt in order the be credited or replaced. Returns for items will not be refunded shipping cost, and it is your responsibility to return the item in good condition.

You must contact me within 1 week of receiving your items for them to be eligible for a refund and they must be returned within 1-2 weeks. 30 day window for refunds.

Refunds will be made through Etsy to credit whatever payment method you used upon checkout, once the item has been received by SupplyEmporium, so make sure your email is current for your Credit Card or PayPal account if that's what you use.
