Unhappy over all. I tried to communicate via message that I needed item for a specific day. Took forever to respond and item received days after the event I needed it for. It was ordered with plenty of time in advance. Then, not as pretty as the picture

The item I received was not what I ordered, nor was it the item displayed. The design and material was not the same. In addition, the shipping policies claimed that items will be shipped within 3-5 days, but my item was shipped 3 weeks after purchase, and after a few queries. After receiving my package I contacted the proprietor, and to date I have not received a response or an acknowledgement to my concerns. It is in my opinion that they are not interested in retaining customers, nor maintaining a good business relationships/reputation. I query the glowing reviews, and it’s in my belief they were from personal acquaintances, because they are opposite of my experience. The whole experience was an utter disappointment.
