No - We are unable to provide a proof of the item before it is made as all of our items are made directly onto the product and therefore once made cannot be changed.

Yes - All our items are made to order to the customers specific requirements and are therefore considered a custom made item even if it is just printed with Mrs or Bride etc. So please be sure to read the listing descriptions and to check sizing and colours etc. As these items are NOT ELIGIBLE for a return or exchange.

This depends on the items you have purchased and where it is being shipped to. Our processing time to make each item is shown within each listing and shipping depends on the shipping method you have selected but it should give you an ESTIMATED delivery date at checkout when purchasing. Yes - There is a FedEx Priority shipping option for the US available to select at checkout and a Next Day service for the UK. Please note these are from dispatch and not from the order date so the processing time still applies.
