If you'd like me to write inside a card or include a separate note with your order, just include this request in your notes to seller, and I'd be happy to do this for you, free of charge!

You can do this two ways:

A. After checkout and payment has cleared, you can download your file(s) right away.

B. At a later time by following these steps:

1. Go to the top right corner of your Etsy page and click on "You".

2. Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu.

3. Find your purchase & click the blue button to "Download Files".

Please Note: This must be done on a desktop computer, not a mobile device.

You can include your information in the notes to seller following your purchase.

Regular business hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). I may respond to inquiries after these times, but I limit designing on weekends so that I can spend time with my family. These work hours do not apply to rush orders. If you require a rush order, please send a convo.
