Our turnaround time varies by product, but Etsy gives an estimated delivery timeframe for each order before purchase. Once the product ships, you will receive an email notification from Etsy with tracking for the order.

Each item has a specific turnaround time. Turnaround times are different than shipping times and the total days of both added together gives you your estimated delivery date. You will see an estimated delivery time frame for each item before purchase. Typically, our embroidered items range from 1-2 weeks, while our vinyl items range from 3-5 days. If you need an item by a specific date, you must message us to approve this before purchasing.

If we are not contacted or a need by date is not included with the order, there is no guarantee it will arrive for that date. If an order must be rushed or shipped Express, the customer is responsible for this fee and if not purchased, the item will not be shipped as an rush order.

Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, you must message us within 48 hours of delivery. After this time frame, we are not responsible for issues with an order. Once we receive an order, we begin processing it immediately in order to keep our quick turnaround time. If an item has shipped before we receive your message to change an address, we are not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If an item shipped to a wrong address is sent back to us, you will be contacted with the amount to reship the item. We will not reship your item unless this amount is paid in full. If the item is at our store and not shipped yet, we try our best to change the address for you.

Because of our quick turnaround time, all orders begin processing immediately. Due to this, we are unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*

Each listing has a size chart to choose the best fit. We recommend always going by the size chart. We will not choose a size for you based on height and weight due to ensure the proper fit.

In order to keep our turnaround as fast as possible on all items, we DO NOT send proofs for individual orders. We do provide a font preview chart, as well as all color charts in each listing photos, as well as a link to view the specific font for each listing in the description area.
